How do I reload my wallet?

Reloading your in-store wallet is simple and can be done in just a few easy steps. This allows you to fund your wallet, which you can then use to pay for tutoring sessions, services, or other platform-related activities. Here’s how you can reload your wallet:

Steps to Reload Your Wallet:

1. Log into Your Account:
   • Visit our platform and log in to your account with your username and password.
2. Go to Your Wallet:
   • Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard or settings page.
   • Navigate to the Wallet section on your account (click Wallet Balance or Wallet link in account menu)
   • Select “Add Funds” button on Wallet Page or “Add Funds” on Wallet Menu
3. Choose Your Payment Method:
   • You will see different payment options available for reloading your wallet:
     • PayPal: Choose PayPal to fund your wallet via your PayPal account.
     • Credit Card: Use your credit card to load funds into your wallet securely.
     • e-Transfer: Select e-Transfer for a no-fee option to add funds.
4. Enter the Amount:
   • Enter the amount you’d like to add to your wallet. Be sure to double-check that this is the correct amount, as this will be what you use for future sessions or services.
5. Complete the Transaction:
   • After selecting your payment method and entering the amount, click the “Reload Wallet” or equivalent button to proceed with the transaction.
   • For PayPal and Credit Card transactions, a 5% transaction fee will be applied. If you choose e-Transfer, no additional fees will be charged.
