1. Introduction
Welcome to SimplifyToday (the “Platform”). By using our services, you (“User” or “Users”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (referred to herein as the “Policy”). A “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Clients, Students, Providers, and any other person engaging with the Platform’s services. Please review these terms carefully, as they outline your obligations and rights when using the Platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
This Policy governs your use of the Platform and is intended to apply to all linked or child policies associated with SimplifyToday. Please note that additional terms or conditions may apply to specific services or interactions within the Platform, and we encourage you to review these policies separately for full understanding.

These Services are delivered by qualified Providers with expertise in various fields, and are designed to enhance personal growth and provide specialized assistance in multiple areas of interest. The Platform supports the engagement of Providers and users across diverse service categories, allowing access to unique opportunities tailored to each user’s needs.
Currently, the Platform offers services in the following areas:

- Other specialized services as offered by Providers on the Platform
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
Our Providers may operate as independent contractors of the Platform or as independent legal entities in their own right. Providers offer their Services through the Platform, using it as a booking and facilitation system for various types of interactions. Each Provider brings their unique expertise, style, and perspective to their Services, adding value and providing a diverse range of opportunities for Platform users.
While the Platform sets standards of conduct for Providers, each Provider is responsible for their behavior, actions, and the quality of their Services. SimplifyToday does not hold liability for individual Provider’s actions but retains the right to terminate a Provider’s access to the Platform if they breach our standards or any related policies. If you encounter any issues with a Provider, please contact us immediately at support@simplifytoday.ca, and we will address the situation promptly.
4. Service-Specific Policies
In addition to this Policy, specific Services available through the Platform may have their own policies and procedures that supersede generic policies for certain aspects. Each of these Service-specific policies are designed to meet the unique needs of the Service provided and ensure a consistent, fair experience for Users and Providers.
Unless otherwise specified, all generic Platform policies, such as data privacy, non-discrimination, and other general terms, will still apply where service-specific policies do not address particular terms or conditions. Users are responsible for reviewing these service-specific policies before engaging in a particular service.
5. Additional Policies
The Platform also maintains additional policies that support this Policy, governing specific areas such as cancellations, refunds, privacy, inclusivity, and data retention. Completing and submitting the POL-A1 form is required to continue using the Platform. If you choose not to accept the updated policies, your access to certain services will be restricted until acceptance is obtained.
5.4. Failure to Accept Policies
